Causes

Entering a formula that performs explicit division by zero (0) — for example, =5/0.
Using a reference to a blank cell or to a cell that contains zero as the divisor in a formula or function that performs division.
Running a macro that uses a function or a formula that returns the #DIV/0! error.

1. Open your Spreadsheet and click the cell where you want to add comment.
2. Remove your system name in comment box.
3. Right click with your mouse,add comment Box.
4. Right click again show/hide comments.
5. Click right hover on the comment box,select Format comment.
6. Go to colours & lines,select Fill effects.
7. Go to picture,click on select picture.
8. Select your image and click ok.
9. Maximize your comment box by using your mouse.
